In their own words
From women who've been exactly where you are.
"Oh my god, girls!!!!! You won't believe what just happened... I just woke up and recognised I got my first period ❤️ It's not strong, but it's there... I already noticed a change the last days but today it's here!!! I am sooo relieved and happy."Karo — her first period ever, 20 days inside the program
"Oh my goshhhhhh… I've started my period today, what on earth, that was with like no warning!"Chloe — 2+ years no period
"Oh Meg… just… I've just seen the beginning of the recovery roadmap… I can't find the right words to describe how grateful I am… Meg, really… how can I thank you? I'm SO thankful, I'm SO lucky to have you on my road towards my freedom."Marie — on receiving her recovery roadmap
"I got my first period. My first bleed in two years. This morning. I cried happy tears in disbelief. Yesterday I had the worst day, loads of anxiety and hopelessness, ready to quit. I'm so glad I kept going even on the hard days. The power of community and the right people by your side is truly life changing. Please don't give up on recovery. You can do this."Community member — 1st bleed in 2 years
"I sunk into the endless void of a 'healthy lifestyle' which, it turns out, wasn't healthy for me at all. Working with Meg was non-judgemental but still pushed me in the right direction. I was able to realise that I deserved food that nourished me, my body and my soul. When my period returned, it finally felt natural."Monique — 3 years of HA on and off
Imagine food just being food. Movement just being movement. Your life yours again. That's what the other side looks like.

Your host
Hi, I'm Meg.
I'm a certified HA practitioner, ED and HA survivor, and the founder of The Period Recovery Program. I spent nearly a decade of my life in disordered eating, convinced I had broken my body for good.
I lost my period for years. I tried everything. The meal plans, the specialists, the information. None of it worked — because none of it went deep enough.
I eventually recovered by going all in on what I now call The Recovery Roadmap: nourishing my body, learning to rest without guilt, and doing the nervous system work that nobody was talking about.
The Period Recovery Roadmap is the 90 minutes I wish someone had given me when I was stuck. I'm going to show you exactly why recovery keeps feeling impossible — and what it actually takes to move forward.
