Once your intake form is complete, I build your personalised recovery roadmap from scratch, tailored to your history, your body, and your lifestyle. From there, you have access to all three weekly group calls, the community, and direct support from me.

How long is the programme?
The programme is 6 months. This gives your body enough time to genuinely respond — most women start to see real shifts within the first few weeks, but full hormonal recovery takes time. Rushing it is one of the main reasons recovery attempts fail.
The 6-month container also gives us time to address the psychological side of recovery properly, which is where most programmes fall short.
