Return Policy (Digital Products)

Thank you for your purchase! Please read the return policy below carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you complete your purchase, you will gain immediate access to the downloadable content, and we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you have any trouble accessing your file or believe you purchased by mistake, please email us at meg@megnrecovery.com and we’ll do our best to help.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order, without giving any reason.

However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming begins.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at meg@megnrecovery.com within 14 days of purchase. Where a valid withdrawal right applies, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
