Return Policy (Digital Products)

Thank you for your purchase! Please read the return policy below carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you complete your purchase, you will gain immediate access to the downloadable content, and we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions – EU Customers

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days — only if the digital download has not yet been accessed or downloaded.

By downloading or accessing the product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period in accordance with EU consumer law.
