My Story

When I was 17, I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, an illness which almost cost me my life. After my diagnosis, my relationship with food, exercise, and my body was broken. I was entirely ruled by fear, control, and self-criticism.

This also triggered hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), a missing menstrual cycle for several years, leaving my hormones and health in pieces.

But after nearly a decade of therapy, self-development and unlearning disordered habits, I’ve healed both my eating disorder and HA. Now I want to share the tools that helped me get here.

This journal is built from the exact practices that helped me reach recovery and rebuild trust with food, my body, and myself. I created it to give you the guidance I wish I had, so you don’t have to spend years figuring it out alone.
