About The Nutritionist

Alex is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with an MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London and is also a qualified Personal Trainer. Combining her background in nutrition and fitness, Alex takes an evidence-based and personalised approach to help people improve their health, performance, and overall wellbeing.
