This is the most common fear, and we will move at a pace that feels safe for you. The goal isn't a number on the scale, it's restoring your body's hormonal balance. I focus on nourishment, not force, and we will work through the fears that come up around body changes together.

"What if I can't stick to the protocol? I'm afraid of failing."

This isn't a pass/fail program. This is a practice. There will be good days and hard days, and that's okay. With unlimited support between sessions, I’m here to help you navigate challenges, adjust the plan, and release the pressure of perfection.

Many programs give you rules but don't help you with the 'why' behind your behaviours. I address both. I use practical tools like cycle charting to track real physiological progress, while also doing the deep work to heal your relationship with food, exercise, and your body. Hi, I’m Meg! I’m so glad you’re here.

I support women who thought they’d recovered from disordered eating, but are still navigating missing periods, food stress, and exercise pressure behind the scenes.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience having recovered from an eating disorder and then hypothalamic amenorrhea myself.

That’s why my coaching blends the science of cycle recovery with compassionate psychological support. Together, we work to rebuild trust with your body so you can recover your period.
